End-User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing or using AGDM Root Checker, you agree to the following:
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE. This does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights or guarantees.
- The application performs security-related checks for informational purposes and does not guarantee that a device is fully secure or fully compromised.
- Any limitation of the developer’s liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted remains unaffected.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for lawful personal use or internal organizational evaluation and use, subject to a valid Google Play entitlement where required. This does not authorize redistribution, resale, or a managed service for third parties.
- You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or misuse the application except where applicable law explicitly allows it.
- Most security checks run on the device. Google Play Integrity and subscription verification involve Google Play and AGDM verification services as described in the Privacy Policy. See also the data-deletion instructions.
- Subscriptions, localized prices, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Google Play under the terms shown at purchase and applicable Google Play policies. The App has no advertising or free trial. Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel your subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in Google Play.
- The developer may update the application and these terms from time to time.
- If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the application.
